How did this come to our attention?

During our outreach programs in rural and underserved areas, we noticed that access to clean and safe drinking water was a significant challenge for many communities. People often had to walk long distances to fetch water from unreliable or contaminated sources, exposing them to health risks and waterborne diseases. This daily struggle not only affected their health but also disrupted education and economic activities, as time spent fetching water could have been used more productively.
